Courtesy call with the new mayor of Surigao City, Engr. Ernesto T. Matugas. We discussed to him the overview of R.A. 9266 and the services of the architect. We later requested for a new executive order for the continuous implementation of R.A. 9266 in Surigao City in which he agreed.

December 11, 2010. UAP- Surigao Chapter ended the celebration of National Architecture Week at the UAP- Surigao Chapter Office. This was also our last monthly meeting for the year 2010 and at the same time, Christmas Party.
UAP Surigao Chapter last monthly meeting for the year 2010. Agenda being discussed were the upcoming National Convention, national dues, and minimum monthly meeting attendance for members from mainland and island architects.
The celebration was made possible through the support of Boysen Paints, 3 senior members of UAP Surigao; Arch. Bernard Simtoco, Arch. Evengeline Go, Arch. Ricardo F. Go and the contribution of the members.
